Order

We receive firm delivery dates from Corning

You will receive your order confirmation with a firm delivery date within 24 hours

~ 3 weeks for delivery items
~ immediately for items on stock

Delivery

Deliveries are usually prepared for dispatch within 48 hours

When goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us with a tracking link (not available for shipping by freight forwarders)

~ usually 3-5 working days within Germany and the EU
~ usually 5-7 working days to European third countries

Receipt

You receive your ordered goods
